Adds a table with all valid key combinations for the `Ctrl` and `Alt` modifiers, as well as for the general `Char` key class.

Addresses #372 and adds a table with an overview of the valid key combinations that are actually recognized by zellij/termion. I must confess I didn't enumerate all of the special chars in the lower table rows but only some samples of these. But I am very confident into my findings. :)
